My office is 2 miles from home, and so I cycle to work nearly everyday, even in the rain. \u00a0Every so often I walk to work. \u00a0It only takes 35 minutes, and is a great alternative.<\/p>\n

Today’s October weather was so gorgeous that I enjoyed every minute.<\/p>\n

300 calories in only 35 minutes. \u00a0I walked at\u00a0fast comfortable pace. \u00a0If I cycle it takes about 12 minutes and burns around 110 calories.<\/p>\n
