I’ve been a little blas\u00e9 about my long distance runs for the upcoming Brighton Half Marathon.<\/p>\n

I realised I needed to do 9 miles this week, and then an extra mile each week until the event.<\/p>\n

Today I ran 2 miles into work. Had a rice and tuna lunch in perpetration for tonight’s 9.7 mile run home. The weather was pretty bad, and the first half of the run was tough. But I settled into a good groove and enjoyed the last half.<\/p>\n

I feel in a good place for the run, but do feel like I’m still shaking off all of the Christmas over indulging.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
